Both lovable and frustrating

The hotel offered exceptional cleanliness and friendly staff, making for a comfortable stay. I particularly enjoyed the modern breakfast model with fresh fruit, oatmeal, and grab-and-go options.

Unfortunately, unexpected charges appeared on my card, and the bathroom had poor water flow with pooling issues after showers, which detracted from my experience.

My stay was disappointing. The check-in process was chaotic. despite arriving early, the staff was unhelpful. My room had maintenance issues, including a leaking A/C unit that nearly caused an accident. I also encountered a lack of housekeeping throughout my stay, which was frustrating.

We had a great time at the hotel, especially enjoying the nearby Golf Club Fossil Creek, where we played a fantastic round as a family. The hotel was modern and had a welcoming atmosphere. They were super pet-friendly, which made our stay even better!

My kids wished there were more activities for children during our stay.
